Pentech Ventures is a UK-based early-stage software investor. Across three funds, the firm has worked with some of the most ambitious Founders building category-leading software companies.
We continue to manage our funds and to invest in our existing portfolio. We are no longer making new investments, and are working actively with our portfolio companies for further success.

Data protection
Pentech Ventures LLP is the data controller for personal data provided to the firm. We hold personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so, and for no longer than is necessary.
What we hold. Contact details and materials, including business plans and pitch documents, submitted to the firm by founders and third parties; records relating to our funds, investors and portfolio companies; and records we are required to keep for legal, tax and regulatory purposes.
Why we hold it. To manage our funds and investments, to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests and our legal obligations. We do not use this data for marketing.
How long we keep it. We keep records connected to our regulated activity and to potential legal claims for seven years from the end of the relevant relationship, on a rolling basis, after which they are securely deleted.
Your rights. You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of it, or to provide it in a portable form, subject to the exemptions that apply to records we are required to keep.
